If a Deed of Covenant is required to be entered into under the terms of a Lease, please find below our standard Deed of Covenant which you may download for engrossment and execution by your client.

Please note our clients fee in relation to the Deed of Covenant is £192.00 including VAT and this fee is required together with the engrossed Deed of Covenant.

CERTIFICATES OF COMPLIANCE

Please note that if you require a Certificate of Compliance we will firstly require a copy of the restriction in the leasehold title and if we are able to issue the certificate on behalf of the freeholders then a fee will be payable which we will advise you of.

However, we will not be in a position to issue any Certificate to you until the Freeholders registration requirements have been adhered to.
